Safety and handling It is recommended to use gloves, eye and respiratory protection
Storage stability The product was stored for three years at ambient temperature and humidity. The temperature ranged from 10°C to 35°C and the relative humidity from 50% to 75%.  The content of sodium benzoate was fully recovered after three years. When the product was supplemented to a vitamin/mineral or complete feed and stored for 6 months the loss was less than 1 %.
Heat stability After pelleting at temperatures ranging from 61°C to 68°C more than 90% of the product was recovered.
Physical state of product and appearance The appearance of the product is white and granular. An average of 95% of the particles have a size larger than 100 µm whereas 5% are between 50 µm and 100 µm.
Distribution in feed The analytical results of samples collected from both mash and pelleted feed or premixes showed a coefficient of variance of 93-94 %
