Product storage stability
Solid form: When stored for 12 months at 25°C, the remaining activities of xylanase, glucanase, and pectinase were 96, 98 and 97%, respectively.

Liquid form: The product retained 96, 92 and 83 % of the initial activity of xylanase, beta-glucanase and pectinase, respectively, when stored for six months at 4° C. When stored at 30°C instead of 4°C, the corresponding figures were 79, 82 and 57 %, respectively.

Storage stability in premix and feed
Solid form: When the product was incorporated into a premix containing minerals and vitamins and stored at 25°C for three months, xylanase, glucanase, and pectinase activities were 85, 94 and 88%, respectively.

No data on storage stability in feed or heat stability is available

Heat stability
Solid form: The loss of xylanase and beta-glucanase activity was 25 % when the feed was pelleted at 75°C. The activity of pectinase was not measured.

Liquid form: The liquid formulation is intended for post-pelleting application
