Storage stability in premix and feed
Three different batches of the product were included in a complete mixture. After six months of storage at room temperature, no loss of xylanase activity was reported.
Heat stability
Developed for use in baking processes, it showed maximum activity at 100°C and an optimum activity at pH 6-7.
