Product storage stability
The product's stability was tested over 24 months, where the product was stored in an aluminium foil package under a vacuum. EFSA states that shelf life was demonstrated. However, no data are presented.

Storage stability in feed and premix
Biosprint was added to a vitamin/mineral premix and stored for nine months at 25°C/60% relative humidity or 40°C/75% relative humidity. At 25°C, there was a loss of 0.5 log units at four months of storage. The product rapidly lost activity when stored at 40°C.

Heat stability
The manufacturer claims that the product is heat stable at pelleting temperatures up to 80°C

Carrier
Pure yeast product. Without carrier

Package size
15 kg bags

Handling
The product should be considered as a potential skin and eye irritant and sensitiser.
