Introduction
Cylactin® contains Enterococcus faecium and is authorised for use in the EU for a wide range of animals: piglets, pigs for fattening, sows, chickens for fattening, chickens reared for laying, minor poultry species for fattening, minor poultry species reared for laying, calves, kids, cats and dogs.

Product storage stability
The product was stable for six months when stored at 25°C in closed containers.
Storage stability in feed premix
Microbial analyses of a premix supplemented with the product showed it was stable for three months. In mash or pelleted feed, the product was stable for three months when stored at 15°C to 25°C
Heat stability
The product was stable at pelleting temperatures up to 85°C

Compatibility
Compatible with the following coccidiostats: Lasalocid A sodium, maduramycin ammonium, narasin, narasin/nicarbazin and salinomycin sodium

Handling
The product is not supposed to give concerns about sensitisation via the respiratory route. No signs of dermal or eye irritation have been observed in various tests.
