Product storage stability When stored at 25°C no loss of enzymatic was observed after six months. After 13 months the enzymatic activity was reduced to 89% beta-glucanase and 81% xylanase.
Storage stability in feed and premix The xylanase and glucanase activities were 107 and 83 %, respectively, when the feed was stored for three months at 25°C. When added to a premix the xylanase and glucanase activities were 110 and 99 %, respectively when the premix was stored at 25°C for three months.
Heat stability One batch of AveMix XG 10 was tested in a pelleting trial. At a pelleting temperature of 75°C the activity of xylanase was 79 % and the activity of glucanase was 84 %.
