The Finase product is according to the company AB Vista a first generation 3-phytase product. The product is authorised for use in the EU in piglets and pigs for fattening.

Finase is available both in dry and liquid forms.

Product storage stability The liquid application Finase L maintains it´s activity for at least 3 months when stored at room temperature. Finase P will maintain the activity for at least 12 months when stored at room temperature. If the products are stored at lower temperatures the activity will be maintained considerably longer.
Heat stability The producer claims that the enzyme is stable under normal pelleting temperatures, however, data is lacking. Finase L should be sprayed on the pellets after the pelleting process.
Package size (P): 20 kg sacks; (L): 120 or 220 ltr plastic drums
Handling The formation of aerosol and dust of the product should be avoided. Inhalation of enzyme aerosol or dust may cause sensitization and may cause allergic type reactions.
