BioPlus YC was one of the first probiotic products to receive a permanent EU authorisation. BioPlus YC contains two different strains of Bacilli: Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis. The product is authorised for use in the EU in piglets, pigs for fattening and sows. It is furthermore authorised for use in calves for fattening and turkeys for fattening.

Product storage stability 24 months from the date of manufacturer. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place at temperatures not exceeding 25°C
Storage stability in feed and premix Studies have shown a survival rate of 70% when the feed was stored for one year
Heat stability Bacillus is a spore-forming bacteria and thus the spores contained in the product inherently withstand high pelleting temperatures up to 95°C.
