Introduction  
Amaferm® is a dried fermentation product of Aspergillus oryzae. Its primary enzymatic activities are beta-glucanase and amylase. The product is authorised for use in the EU in dairy cows.

Shelf life was tested for various periods of time. After 104 weeks of storage, the residual cellulase activity was 90%, and the residual amylase activity was 88%. Test conditions during the 104 weeks were not specified
